- Your data in travel documents and IDs
- Your data for payments, debit cards, credit cards, and bank cards
- The length of stay you requested and any personal preferences related to your stay that you disclose to us
The data is stored, processed, and, if necessary and legally required, transmitted to third parties (e.g., public authorities, tourism associations) for the provision of our services. Your data will not be transferred to third countries. If you refuse to provide basic data, data from travel documents, and bank data, we will not be able to fulfill the contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
The legal bases for these data processing processes are:
- fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations to you
- consents obtained from you
- legal, contractual, or other legal obligations on our part (e.g., documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contract management, reporting, or legal disputes)
- our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our customer service, including in the area of direct marketing, or asserting our own legal interests)
The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, any consents you have given, as well as by the applicable legal retention obligations and legal requirements.
You can request information about your personal data stored by us at any time free of charge. As a data subject, you also have the right to revoke, request information, delete, correct, restrict, and transfer your personal data, provided there are no legal retention obligations on our part. Upon exercising your right of revocation, all your data will be irrevocably deleted unless overriding legal provisions are violated.
