The 50m² non-smoking apartment consists of an entrance with a wardrobe, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, a built-in safe, and a cozy living room with a kitchenette and a pull-out sofa bed.

Living room: bright, open living room with a pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, oven, toaster, kettle, mocha, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, sink, dining table, flat screen TV, large terrace overlooking the pool.

Our saltwater pool is particularly skin-friendly and is the ideal place to relax after sunbathing or an active excursion.

Breakfast Basket

We also enjoy spoiling you with a healthy and delicious breakfast! Depending on your preference, we will put together a breakfast basket for you with farm-produced, local, and fair-trade products. Price per person: €23.00. For the breakfast basket, we use a varying selection of the following products depending on the season:

Price

The prices quoted are for a minimum stay of 5 nights for 2 people and include final cleaning, energy, and additional costs. An additional fee of €15.00 per night is charged for each additional person. The local tax of €1.25 per person per day is not included in the quoted prices and must be paid on-site.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The apartment is available for rent year-round, and short stays are possible by arrangement. For stays of less than 3 days, there is an additional fee of €50.00 for final cleaning. Upon payment of the deposit, the apartment will be reserved for you. The remaining amount can be transferred or paid on-site. Only cash payments up to a total amount of €1,999.99 are accepted. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
